North-east artist creates amazing new map of Scotland's gin distilleries

Talented North-East Artist Levi Bunyan has turned his digital talents to the world of Craft Brewers and Distillers.

Levi started this Craft Community Cartography project by creating a Scottish Whisky map commissioned by CASC bar in Stirling Street, Aberdeen.

Now he is continuing the series with a map for Scottish Gin, which has just been released to the public for the first time. There has been a lot of preparatory research gone into the map.

It includes some of the newest Scottish Gins to launch recently such as Teasmith and Lussa Gin.

There may be some omissions in this map, but they are deliberate omissions by the artist.

This map has been designed by Levi to show the Gin distilleries in Scotland rather than all the Gin companies within Scotland.

You may be surprised to know that many Gin Distilleries in Scotland do not produce their base alcohol in Scotland.

This map is great quality; 240gsm Accent Antique Silk on G.F Smith paper.

You can grab one for £20 plus postage, you can order it direct his Etsy shop.

The next step for Levi is to create a map for Craft Beer, and his initial research shows there are 142 separate craft breweries in Scotland.
