If your name is Nick you can get free pizza in Aberdeen this Easter, here's how

Pizza lovers in Aberdeen could grab themselves a free pizza this week, but only if they have the right name.

Celebrity chef Nick Nairn, who runs Nick’s Pizza Bar on the city’s Back Wynd, will be giving away free pizzas to lucky customers who fit a very specific criteria: they must share his name.

The first twenty Nicks (or Nicolas) who turn up at Nick’s Pizza Bar with proof of identity by Friday 21 April will receive a complimentary pizza of their choice.

The giveaway coincides with the launch of a new range of gift vouchers at the Aberdeen eatery, available in denominations of £15, £25 and £35.

Chef/owner Nick Nairn commented: “We’ve had a fantastic few months since opening the Pizza Bar in Aberdeen last year.  Aberdonians certainly love their pizza, and are particularly partial to our locally-sourced mozzarella, produced by a Scottish buffalo herd.

“This giveaway is just a fun way of giving back to our customers – for one week only, Nicks from all over the city can have a ‘slice’ of the business. If you’re called Nicola, Nicky or Nicholas you will also qualify – but Ricks need not apply.”
