Gaucho, the celebrated Argentinian steak restaurant which is located at 4a St Andrew Square, launched the new offer at the start of this month, with guests invited to enjoy the 'all you can eat' steak brunch, lunch and dinner offer all day, every Sunday.
The Argentinian meat experts say that guests can enjoy a varied selection of different cuts of their famous wet-aged top quality beef, as well as bottomless chips and Chimichurri sauce as part of the offer.
Diners can choose from a range of signature prime cuts.
Sourced from Argentinian Aberdeen Angus cattle, the popular collection of restaurants, which has sites across the UK, is involved with over 60 farms in Argentina - known as ‘estancias’ - where the cattle is still selected in the traditional way by gauchos (cowboys) on horseback, who watch over the animals as they roam freely on the Argentinian Pampas, and graze on 17 different types of grass.
Diners can choose from a range of signature prime cuts, including ‘cuadril’ rump, and ‘Tira de Ancho’ ribeye, all cooked to perfection in the guest's preferred fashion on the restaurant’s traditional custom-made grill.
The cuts will also be constantly revolving meaning that each week - always a minimum of three - there will be a different selection on offer.
A spokesperson for Gaucho said: "We are really excited to introduce this concept to Edinburgh – we know our guests love great steak and wine, so now we are able to offer both in abundance at a really great price point. Perfect for any occasion, this new concept is bookable now and available every Sunday from July the 7th. It’s perfect for the weekend wind down before the Monday blues set in.”
Though drinks aren't included in the new deal and will cost extra, there is an extensive range on offer.
As well as a carefully curated cocktail list and over 80 different whiskies, guests have the option of perusing the largest selection of Argentine wines outside of Argentina, as well as both rare and well known world wines, only recently added to the extensive and well thought through wine list.
