Listen to episode two of Scran, the podcast that champions Scottish food and drink

In the second episode of Scran, host and Scotsman food and drink writer Rosalind Erskine chats to Julie Lin, owner and chef at Julie's Kopitiam in Glasgow.

Julie tells us how she went from a street food stall to running two restaurants, and the influence her family and in particular her mum have had on her cooking.

Rosalind also chats to The Scotsman’s Sean Murphy about the restaurant scene in Scotland, how the Scotsman Food and Drink site has evolved, and his tips for where to go for excellent produce and a dram or two.
