The restaurant chain will open their new steakhouse on Frederick Street today (21st April 2017) following an extensive refurbishment of their new premises.
Set to be the second site to open in the capital, the new eatery will follow in the successful footsteps of its stablemate in Cramond Brig.
Miller & Carter say they have also created 50 jobs at the new location with positions in the kitchen, front of house and on the bar all being filled.
The new menu will include a choice of 12 quality cuts, including a 30oz Longbone Tomahawk and their award-winning Sirloin, which are hand-prepared by their master butcher before being prepared by their specially trained chefs.
Tim Ellis, regional business manager at Miller & Carter Edinburgh City Centre, said: “Bringing a new Miller & Carter to Edinburgh is a fantastic opportunity for the brand and we look forward to providing the best steaks and service that Miller & Carter is renowned for across the UK.
“Everyone who works for us is completely obsessed with steak and we’re keen to recruit people who share in our love for excellent quality - both food and service, and we’re looking to attract applicants with enthusiasm to join the team and become official steak geeks.
"We want team members to deliver a fantastic experience for every guest that walks through our doors, as we gear up to our opening in a month’s time.”
The steak restaurant chain say they only serve "premium-graded beef" which is "sourced from carefully selected cattle reared on sustainable Scottish farms, before being matured for at least 30 days".
