On Thursday 30 May, Lannan will welcome pastry chef, recipe developer and food writer Nicola Lamb for a one-off collaboration in celebration of the launch of her debut book, SIFT: The Elements of Great Baking.
Available exclusively on 30 May at Lannan will be four bakes inspired by recipes from SIFT, including:

Lannan opened in Stockbridge in July 2023, quickly becoming regarded as one of the UK's best bakeries thanks to owner Darcie Maher's creative pastries and innovative takes on classic British bakes.
Lannan is the first bakery from Maher, who joined the bakery team at The Palmerston, in Edinburgh’s West End, in 2021.
The bakery was one of only eight Scottish businesses that featured in a new book from Hoxton mini press, Britain's Best Bakeries.
Nicola Lamb is a recipe developer, consultant and pastry chef based in London. She trained in some of London and New York's top bakeries, including Dominique Ansel, Ottolenghi, Happy Endings, and Little Bread Pedlar. SIFT is her debut cookbook.
