Chef Greenaway has had to redesign the concept of the restaurant, which focused on the concept of communal or shared plates and has announced a return to his fine dining cuisine, delivered in a casual dining environment.

Driven by a similar passion for the best of ingredients Scotland has to offer, Mark has partnered with Harviestoun’s Master Brewer to create a craft beer pairing for the new menu.
