Chippy chain Blue Lagoon posted on its social media that the innovative meat-free supper will be available to buy from their Argyle Street branch.
The firm then added that the special menu option is cooked in a separate fryer, which uses vegetable oil and has only been used to cook vegan products.
The owners told The Scottish Sun that the sausages will be completely "plant based" and coated in vegan-friendly batter, fried in vegan-friendly oil and served with vegan-friendly chips.
They then added that they believe they may be one of the first operators to "sell such a dish".
Customers took to the post to ask for the vegan supper to be rolled out in other stores, while others described it as a "game-changer".
