The restaurant at Port Edgar Marina, which boasts the stunning backdrop of the Three Bridges and Firth of Forth, is hosting chef's table seafood evenings on from 7.30pm Wednesday 4th and 11th September.
Diners will be served a bespoke, five course menu with drinks pairings, led by head chef, Gregor Ure.
The evenings will start in the restaurant's private dining room with canapés of locally sourced smoked salmon and a refreshing Harris gin and tonic.
Diners will then tuck into a further three seafood courses including oyster mignonette and a duo of tuna and lobster risotto, all of which will be expertly paired with wines by head barman Lee Gowans.
Those with a sweet tooth can look forward to the dessert, which will be a raspberry posset served with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne.
Marco Coderoni, General Manager at Scotts South Queensferry, said: “Our chef’s table evenings aim to offer diners an insight in to the produce, method and passion that goes into the dishes on our menu here at Scotts South Queensferry.
