After user James Dougal posted on www.hotukdeals.com that his local KFC were offering 80 pieces of popcorn chicken for under £6, people took to social media to declare their delight.

However, they were quickly dismayed to learn that the offer only applies to select branches in Scotland, and that it has only been rolled out exclusively across ten stores around Glasgow.
James then teased fellow fans on the page by stating that he'd bought it but struggled to finish it, posting a pic of a quarter full bucket, he wrote: "Still got 25+ left! And this was full to the top! and I can't eat any more!"
Currently, the deal is reportedly available in Cumbernauld, Glasgow Nitshill Road and Glasgow London Road as well as Hamilton Palace Grounds Retail Park, Motherwell and Wishaw.
KFC have yet to confirm whether the deal will be available in the rest of the UK anytime soon.
