Popular Edinburgh restaurant and bar launches fourth batch of capital-distilled gin

One Square, located in Edinburgh's Sheraton Grand Hotel, has recently launched it's fourth batch of namesake Scottish gin.

The small batch gin was first produced in 2015 and was distilled by Pickering’s Gin at Summerhall Distillery in Edinburgh.

The recipe is inspired by the diverse selection of gins stocked by One Square, and is created using a combination of 15 botanicals including Scottish heather and Mediterranean liquorice.

Now the partnership between One Square and Pickering's has produced a fourth batch of gin, which is still distilled in Edinburgh.

Guests who attended the launch party last week were among the first to try the gin, in a variety of drinks including a perfect serve with  Cushiedoos tonic.

This brand new tonic uses only natural Scottish ingredients, making for a fully Scottish One Square Perfect Serve.
