The one day event, to be held at Mansfield Traquair, will play host to demonstrations, live music and an extensive list of vendors, including Pinnies & Poppy Seeds, a small batch bakery based in Edinburgh, The Really Good Fudge Company and Edinburgh’s own coffee experts, Artisan Roast.
Welcoming novices and more experienced coffee lovers alike, guests at the festival will also have the opportunity to learn from the experts in a series of interactive workshops, tastings and demonstrations.
Ayrshire Real Ale Festival - Troon

The 16th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival will be held from Thursday 1st- Saturday 3rd October 2015, in Troon Concert Hall.
This year will see the return of the popular Champion's Bar as well as a second bar featuring beers from islands around the UK – the Island Bar.
The Tutored Tasting session on will also be returning Friday afternoon at 5pm. For more info and a sign-up form, check out the Tutored Tasting page. Be warned though spaces are very limited.
All of this and 125 beers, plus real cider and perry, as well as a commemorative glass and programme being included in the price.
Balmaha's Braw Weekend - Loch Lomond

Balmaha’s Braw Weekend will be held on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October in a large field behind the Oak Tree Inn. The event will start each day at 11am; the daytime will feature family fun and entertainment while on the Saturday night there will be a real ale, whisky, beer and music festival.
To celebrate the 150thanniversary of Alice in Wonderland St Mocha Coffee Shop will be hosting a Mad Hatters Tea Party on a vintage bus with views over the loch. A children’s tea party served by the characters from the story.
The Golden Spurtle - World Porridge Making Championship - Carrbridge

The 22nd annual World Porridge Making Championships takes place in the Scottish Highland village of Carrbridge in Cairngorms National Park on Saturday 10th October 2015.
Created in conjunction with the charity Mary's Meals, the event draws competitors from around the globe to compete for the coveted Golden Spurtle trophy and title of “World Porridge Making Champion.” It also celebrates the diversity of porridge through a speciality section.

With the success of the coffee festival in Edinburgh, this event in Glasgow is sure to be another big hit for coffee lovers.
The second 'GLASGOW COFFEE FESTIVAL' produced by Dear Green Coffee Roasters will be held at the Briggait and will play host to the UK Coffee Roasting Championship sanctioned by the SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe).

This year, Angus Farmers market presents the exciting new 'Angus Brewfest' beer and drinks festival as a celebration of Scotland's brilliant independent Scottish brewers and distillers.
The festival will offer visitors the chance to taste and enjoy a vast selection of different beers & drinks from local and Scottish producers and brewers including Eden Brewery & Distillery, Thistly Cross Cider, Kirrie Ales, Mor Brewery and Brewdog.
