The three day event will see a bar in Malones in the Haymarket taken over by guest bartenders from Glasgow's Tiki Bar and Arbikie, as well as pop-up specialists the Pop-up Geeks and transformed into the (sort of) popular South Philly bar from the hit TV show.
Running from Wednesday 25th September until Friday 27th, the free entry event will feature Always Sunny classics like Fight Milk, chilli vodka rum ham and wolf cola, as well as a selection of classic Arbikie serves.
Fans of the show can also enjoy a flip cup tournament - with prizes - on the Friday night.
Steve Aitken, who came up with the idea with fellow Arbikie ambassador Alasdair Shaw, said: "We wanted to bring Paddy's Pub to Edinburgh to mark the beginning of the new series of Always Sunny and give fans a chance to taste an Arbikie twist on their favourite drinks from the show."
Linden Wilkinson of the Pop-up Geeks said: "The team from Arbikie came to us with the concept and we were really excited about collaborating on a series of cocktails inspired by It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. It’s a theme we’ve been wanting to tackle for a long time now.
"Malones Irish Bar is the perfect venue to host this event as we expect the three days to be incredibly busy so the extra space and themed venue is ideal! We’ve had some incredible feedback on social media as people are getting geared up for Fight Milk and Riot Punch among other drinks, food and live music."
Guest bartenders for the three-day event will include Steve, Ali and Liam Grogan of the Tiki Bar.
Please note, any and all McPoyles trying to attend will be immediately ejected from the premises.
