The exclusive Made By The Sea four course Talisker whisky dinner will be held at Gamba on 22 September from 7pm as part of the second Glasgow Cocktail Weekend.
Gamba's head chef, Derek Marshall has created a four course menu to match expressions and drinks picked by Diageo Single Malt Whisky Ambassador TJ Littlejohn, who is also hosting the night.
Diners can look forward to canapés and a Talisker apple highball on arrival, before settling down to savour Scottish seafood - from peat-smoked fish pâté, to mouth-watering Isle of Gigha halibut, served with fondant potato and coral creamed leeks, and matched with a Seaweed Sour cocktail.
Other anticipated drinks include a Bee Pollen, Honey and Basil cocktail and a dram of the Talisker 18 year old.
Derek Marshall said: “Talisker is one of Scotland’s greatest distilleries and we can’t wait to welcome them to Gamba.
"It’s a natural fit with their maritime heritage and a perfect partner for our menu which features the best of Scotland’s’ seas.”
Bookings are being taken now with the four courses, three cocktails, two drams, coffee and whisky tablet priced at £50 per person.
