It is set to take place in Glasgow soon and cheese lovers around the country are already rejoicing.
And so they should be - Scotland's first cheese toastie festival is coming to the Drygate Brewery in an event hosted by Yelp Glasgow on Sunday 9th October between midday and 8pm.
Further details of the festival are yet to be announced but an event involving beer and cheese already sounds gouda to us here at Scotsman Towers.
Entry to the event is free but ticketed. Tickets will be released on EventBrite at 10am on Friday 19th August. For more information, visit the event's Facebook page.
